Tester Testing Rubric

Hello NTA, Death here to tell you about becoming a tester for the academy! Here are some basic guidelines, rules, and the rubric in which you will be tested.
Guidelines:
Must Be In Aqua Armor Ninja or higher
Must Have Good Repore with the academy members and the admins
Must Have at Least 2750 NP
Must be chosen from applications to be tested, not all of you will be chosen if the admin’s already feel you will not pass.
You may Apply once per MONTH to be a tester, if you apply more than once, your application shall be terminated, and you will not be allowed to apply for two MONTHS.
If you do not make it, do not fret, there will be more times to apply later on.

**STAY ACTIVE, THIS HELPS THE ADMINS AND CURRENT TESTERS DETERMINE IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BE A TESTER, OR JUST WANT IT FOR THE STATUS**

Rules As A Tester:
You will not be given a chat moderation but permission to test. This is not to be abused, or shall be taken away immediately. If it becomes an issue, you will be demoted and given a warning. If you continue to cause issues, it will force a 1 day ban.
Note* Please test fair, but firm. NO FREE-BE! Think before you post. Think logically and soundly. If you are unsure, ask an admin to watch the entrance exam, he or she will help you.

Note***Before the Test you will be asked 20 ruling questions...you must score 15/20 to be able to move into the duelling section of the test.***

The Rubric:
Here is another Variation of the Tester Exam Rubric I have come up with.
Types of decks:
This simply means the 3 decks that you chose to use as a tester will be evaluated by the admin’s to check for certain things.

1) Playability-0/15…How Does he/she use the decks? How do the cards mesh together? Are there dead draws?

2) Creativity: 0/18…How creative is the build? How much effort is seen into the deck? Is it a copy cat deck? Does it have uniqueness?

3) Simplicity:0/5..How simple is the deck? Is it a Tier 1, Simple deck, or is it a more in depth deck, with strategy.

4) Attitude during Examination: 0/10…You will be observed by an admin to see how well you speak when testing. Being polite and kind, but firm and knowledgeable will earn you a higher score.

5) Strategy:0/10***THIS IS FOCUSED ON THE PLAYER, NOT THE DECK, WHICH IS ACCOUNTED FOR IN PARTS 1, 2, AND 3… Does the tester to be have good instinct? Does he react to the admin’s moves with accordance and poise? Or does he rush and make silly errors ****ALL PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, WE ARE HUMAN, THE LITTLE ONES WILL NOT BE SWEATED*****

6) Ruling Questions: 0/24…A total of 6 Ruling Questions shall be asked. Each correct answer will give you 4 points.

7) Winning Percentile:0/18… This determines wins. Does he win by a lucky card, such as BLS? Or does he control each of the duels with smart moves and strong will power? Does he use each card to its full potential, or does he waste a good opportunity? Does He Win easily by FTK? Does he use loops for OTK’s? All of this will be accounted.
