Rules of NTA Deck Shop

When making a deck shop you would do the following:

- list out the decks in sale
- Next to the names write how much NP its worth
Maximum of cost is: 500
Minimum of cost is: 200

You would make a new topic etc.
Admins can't sell decks nor sell them!!********
