All nicely built and non top tier decks that made each of our duels interesting and tough.

DECK: 21/24

Nearly full points here. All of the decks were good. They could probably be made a little more viscous with some tweaking, but I would be doing a disservice to them scoring it any lower.


SKILL: 16/20



Okay I was tired so I forgot to write all of these down.
First Game: A few mistakes were made with his hero deck. Very tiny ones along the lines of miscounting atk points once or twice with the likes of shining and elemental hero heat. Made a very nice play with solemn warning against my wildfire. Most players would have missed that in my experiance.

Second Game: A little thing here or there mostly due to a few weird interactions. No real mistakes, but this game eventually came down to a top deck war and I barely won out.

Third Game: Very close game. Played well I can only remember one mistake late game with mind control and to be honest it was getting pretty late.

Overall he plays well and generally chose good times to take risks and to hold back. He clearly knew his decks pretty well and really knew how to make me sweat.




ATTITUDE: 8/8
Very respectful player.
Communicates quickly and tersely with duel responses and willing to hold small conversations in lulling points in game or between matches.
Overall an enjoyable duelist to compete with

He lost all 3 games. But all three of them were intense and epic games with lots of back and forth with advantages and momentum being traded. All of them ended with both of us exhausted and at less then 1500 life points each. I know according to the slim standards of our rubric he should only get 0 points for those games.

But I have to reward such fun and dynamically tense games somehow. He deserved those 3 points I gave him there. If you feel I have overstepped my boundaries as a tester then I will accept those charges and we will bring them up at the next council meeting.

However regardless of the outcome of that potential, I humbly request his score be untouched because he earned his place.
